* DE Bling *

As you all have probably seen by now, imvu has implemented bling for everyone now. I understand that everyone will have different views on it, but I have a proposition for some of you. Even if you do not like it (I myself would still like to see some changes yet to it) you must admit it has become a great advertising tool. Seeing as the price to make one square is 100,000 credits, some devs even made a joint one with ten of them to decrease the price. This idea intrigued me and I wanted to ask if anyone would be interested in something similar. I think the set up would be a DE banner linked to the hp, or maybe the forums, with links to everyone's catalog below. Or, we could also do as the 10 devs one did and make bling that just goes in the pop up instead of just links. I don't think banners for each individual catalog would fit in the pop up. Also, I would imagine it'd be possible to do more than 10, making the cost even more affordable. I would also consider maybe letting people take out loans from other members that can maybe afford more than their share of the 100,000, as I do not believe we have enough funds in the DE pot to help out in that manner. So, if you are a dev and interested in this project, please post. You can also let me know if you'd be willing to or have ideas about the bling image for it.

Another note: Once we get a picture of how many people will be interested we can start to see how much each person would have to pay.

Also, if we make one and people want to enter later, we could just have them pay the same amount and have the credits go to the DE account.

I'm not sure on how much it would cost. If every dev enters in it, I think that's at least 10 people. So, that would still be a steep 10k. We'll have to see what else we can do to maybe shoulder some of the cost. Maybe non-devs could donate to it as well?
